Hello, I am Kate, a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist who has undergone comprehensive training with CPHT, recognized as the gold standard in hypnotherapy education. I am fully accredited with both the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (ASFSH) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).

The initial consultation meeting is around 50 minutes in duration, During this session I will gather the information I need for sessio and discuss your objectives, and this is a time for you to voice any queries you may have.
I’ll provide an explanation of how the brain functions and explore how hypnotherapy can assist you in making the desired changes additionally, you’ll receive an MP3 link to listen to each night before you sleep this will initiate the relaxation an recovery process. We do not do hypnosis in the initial consultation.

Together, we’ll establish attainable goals for the upcoming week. The session will conclude with a relaxing hypnosis session to help you focus on your desired changes.
